PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Patterson Car Care offers for sale its Product(s) and/or Services(s) according to its standard Product Availability. Due to high demand, some of Patterson Care Cares offered products may be on a delayed shipping time. Although most orders ship within one business day, we appreciate your patience with any possible delays.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders with free economy shipping usually reach their destination with 2-6 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Pompano Beach, FL. Patterson Car Care strives to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes orders may take an additional business day to ship.
International orders are excluded from the $4.95 shipping flat rate.
RESPONSIBLE PRACTICES AND LIABILITIES
Patterson Car Care customarily provides sales and technical support assistance before, during and after the purchase process, and endeavors to provide accurate and helpful information to Customer. However, Customer shall be solely responsible for making a final determination as to the suitability and compatibility of Patterson Care Cares product(s) and for Customer's intended use. Patterson Car Care takes zero responsibility or liability for the process, usage or end result of the product usage. All vehicles, paints, and surfaces are unique. Test the product on a small section of your car before applying to all surfaces. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you release Social Video Car Care, LLC from any and all liability regarding the result or results from using the products sold on our website. Please test the materials on your surface or car before applying. Please wear proper safety equipment and use in well ventilated areas were applicable.
RETURNS
If you wish to return or exchange an UNUSED product that is 100% in original condition and purchased within 30 days, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@pattersoncarcare.com to inquire about our Return and Exchanges guide. If your order was received with any damages or errors, please contact Patterson Car Care Customer Service within 7 days to be eligible for an order correction.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and make take up to 10 business days to reach your account depending on your financial institution. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item qualified for free shipping, actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once Gift Certificates have been purchased, it is not possible to deactivate the Gift Code; therefore Gift Certificate sales are final and can not be refunded.
Products on Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
